Online payment processing requires all of the following:
$99 - Secure internet connection - one-time setup fee.
$219 - SSL Certificate w/ static IP, annual.
$349 - Credit card processing "gateway" account, one-time setup fee.
$35 - Merchant Account, one-time setup fee ($25 if we set up this bank account through the standard credit card processing "gateway" account service; if we need to set this up with your own already existing merchant account with another bank, then this fee is $135).
Note that credit card processing involves regular monthly fees and transaction fees imposed by the gateway account service and the merchant account, as follows:
$20/month - gateway account service charge.
10¢/transaction - gateway account service charge.
$9.95/month - merchant account service charge.
25¢/transaction - merchant account transaction fee.
2.39% - merchant account VISA/Mastercard discount rate.
$25/month - merchant account minimum monthly fee (charged only if the VISA/Mastercard discount rate charge is below $25 for the month).
If you bring us existing "internet-ready" graphics files to use with your website (such as buttons, clip art, photos etc.) we will incorporate these into your website at no extra charge. If your files are not "internet ready" and we must take the time to create graphics files or manipulate existing graphics files to make them "internet ready," then we charge $85 per hour.
If we configure your products using the existing features of our shopping cart software for customers to purchase on the internet, there is no extra charge beyond the standard charges shown in the Website Design Plans table above. If you require customized programming to alter or add to the existing functionality of our shopping cart software, we charge $95 per hour for customization programming. We will produce an estimate for you based on your needs.
All basic features may be customized to your specifications:
- Custom Web Design: $85/Hr.
- Custom Shopping Cart Setup/Support: $95/Hr.
- Advanced Web Programming: $125/Hr.
